Following his European adventure last season in Kaliningrad, Bastia Futsal took the opportunity to enroll no less than the captain of Spartak Moscow Futsal, 2011 European champion, Andrey Georgievskiy! He should join the corsica club at the end of the season, to strengthen the workforce for Bastia in the crucial matches when the Russian season is over.
Futsal practicing since the age of 6 years, Andrey Georgievskiy is international repeatedly. Andrey is also working in a university in Moscow as an sports teacher.
Aged 27, he has experience, that no French player does unfortunately. "His arrival in Corsica is because he loves the challenges and to wear the jersey of a French club and why not win a competition is a great challenge. We met in the UEFS Champions Cup held in Kaliningrad, in the what we had the chance to play against a team like Spartak Moscow led by a captain of a mentality and an exceptional level of play. We will bring his experience, to help the club climb with a new national why not a first title. " Says the President of Futsal Bastia, Jean-Charles Dottel.
A first international player in France, we hope, should give ideas to other clubs
