Nacimiento y síntesis:
El juego del Futsal nació en Sud America, acerca del 1930 en Uruguay y Brasil, sin poder estar seguro del todo cuál de estos dos países fue realmente el primero. El origen del Futsal es una adaptación de distintos deportes existintes; cómo el Baloncesto, el Balonmano y Fútbol en espacios reducidos. Desde esta adaptación de distintos deportes, el Futsal nació con identidad própia, rápidamente se convirtio en los cinquenta en un deporte muy popular en Sud America. Resulto un deporte con su própio derecho de tener reglas pr´pias que definieran el juego, pero también un fenómeno de identidad social y cultural.
Hoy se juega en más de 100 países; Futsal sigue sin ser estar reconocido como deporte Olímpico por el C.O.I.
El desarollo internacional del Futsal por FIFUSA:
El crecimiento internacional del Futsal, empieza en 1975, cuando FIFUSA, bajo el esfuerzo del Sr. Joao Havelenge, unifica las distintas reglas del ya muy popular deporte en Sud America.
Siguiendo los ataques legales de FIFA, quién registro la palabra Fútbol y prohibio su uso a FIFUSA, esta registro la palabra Futsal a finales de 1978, para reemplazar la frecuentemente usada expresión Fútbol de Salón.
Futsal; el problema financiero y el poder:
Por otro lado, FIFA ha desarrollado desde 1975 a 1980, un deporte derivado del Fútbol, conocido como Fútbol 5 ( jugado con rebotes de las paredes)
No hay duda que la creación de FIFUSA, hizo que FIFA entendiera que el desarrollo internacional del Futsal, era potencialmente un peligroso competidor del Fútbol.
Durante 1990 y aprovechando los deacuerdo y luchas entre las federcaione de España y Brasil afiliadas a FIFUSA, FIFA decide entrar en acción y tomar posiciones en el Futsal. Para hacer esto legal, empiezan a mezclar las reglas del Fútbol5 y las del Futsal original.
Con esta fusión entre el Fútbol5 y el Futsal, nace el Futsal FIFA; esta manipulación artificial hizo posible para FIFA que el Futsal FIFA fuese reconocido por la AGFIS:
El dominio de FIFA:
Con las dificultades económicas y las peleas internas, FIFUSA no pudo hacer nada para que federaciones afiliadas entraran en negociaciones con las federaciones de Fútbol.
Desde los 90, las presiones económicas legales e ilegales llevadas a cabo por FIFA, hacia los miembros de FIFUSA, consiguen su objetivo de desestavilizar y dividir FIFUSA.
Un número importante de federaciones, ceden ante las presiones económicas de FIFA y algunos hasta obtienen sillones y cargos de poder en FIFA.
Las modificaciones del reglamento del Fútbol 5 y la copia de reglas del Futsal, consigue que en el año 2000 deteriorar el espíritu orginal de este deporte y la afiliación de nuevos miembros en el comité del Futsal FIFA en decrimento de FIFUSA.
La resurreción de FIFUSA:
Después de la paralización y desintegración de FIFUSA, un grupo de fieles al Futsal original, contituyen en 2002 una nueva federación internacional de Futsal, y le dan el nombre de A.M.F. (Asociación Mundial de Futsal), estos hacen un llamamiento internacional a federaciones Nacionales y regionales, para continuar con el desarrollo y el desenvolupamiento del Futsal original, formando parte de esta federación.
La resurreción permite la continuidad del espiritu y la cultura del Futsal tradicional.
Sin ningún compromiso con FIFA, que nada ha hecho por este deporte, más que entorpecer su desenvolupamiento para proteger al Fútbol.
Esta nueva federación tiene su sede en Paraguay, país que registro el Futsal en su constitución recientemente.
Hoy por hoy, tiene 40 federaciones nacionales así como un gran número de federaciones Regionales y entidades continentales, una de ellas es la UEFS, con sede en Moscú.

Naissance et genèse:
Le jeu du futsal est né en Amérique du Sud autour des années 1930 en Uruguay et au Brésil, sans qu’on puisse réellement savoir lequel de ces deux pays en fut vraiment à l’origine. A l’origine le futsal est une adaptation de plusieurs pratiques sportives existantes comme le basketball, le handball et le football sur des terrains réduits. De cette adaptation de plusieurs sports est né le futsal, qui est rapidement devenu dans les années 50 un sport très populaire dans toute l’Amérique du sud. Il devint réellement un sport à part entière avec la création de ses propres règles du jeu qui définissaient à la fois sa pratique, mais aussi sa propre identité culturelle et sociale. Aujourd’hui pratiqué dans plus de 100 pays, le futsal n’est toujours pas officialisé et reconnu comme un sport olympique par le Comité International Olympique.
Le développement international du futsal par la FIFUSA:
L’essor international du futsal remonte aux années 1975, où la FIFUSA, sous l’impulsion déterminante de M. João Havelange, unifia les différentes règles de ce jeu très populaire en Amérique du Sud. Suite aux attaques juridiques de la FIFA qui avait déposé le terme FOOTBALL, la FIFUSA déposa à son tour le terme FUTSAL à la fin de 1978 pour remplacer l’expression utilisée couramment Futebol de Salão (littéralement Football de Salon).
Le futsal, enjeu financier et de pouvoir:
De son côté, la FIFA avait mis au point dans les année 75 à 80, un sport dérivé du football à onze et pratiqué sur terrain réduit qu’elle appela le Soccer Five (qui se joue avec des murs) et dont l’objet était de concurrencer directement le futsal. Il ne fait aucun doute que dès la création de la FIFUSA, la FIFA a perçu le développement international du futsal comme un concurrent potentiellement dangereux pour le football. Au cours des années 1990 et profitant des dissensions entre les espagnols et les brésiliens au sein de la FIFUSA, la FIFA décida de passer à l’action pour prendre possession du futsal. Pour y parvenir légalement, elle mélangea les règles du jeu du Soccer Five et celles du futsal original. De cette fusion entre le Soccer Five et le futsal original est né le futsal FIFA. Cette manipulation artificielle permit à la FIFA de faire reconnaître le futsal FIFA par l’AGFIS – Association Générale des Fédérations Internationales des Sports – comme étant une pratique diversifiée du football à onze et donc lui appartenant.
La FIFA aux commandes:
Aux prises à des luttes intestines et des difficultés financières, La FIFUSA ne pu empêcher le départ de fédérations affiliées influentes dont certaines fusionnèrent avec les associations nationales de football. À partir des années 90, les pressions financières et juridiques légales et illégales exercées par la FIFA envers la FIFUSA et ses membres affiliés, divisa les associations affiliées de futsal. Un certain nombre d’entre-elles négocièrent financièrement leur entrée dans les association de football FIFA et certaines personnes purent obtenir des sièges dans l’administration de la FIFA. La fusion avec le Soccer Five et les modifications des Règles du Jeu futsal FIFA apportées en l’an 2000 altéra l’esprit de ce sport pour permettre son intégration dans le registre du football diversifié de la FIFA.
La résurrection de la FIFUSA:
Constatant la paralysie et la désagrégation de la FIFUSA, une poignée d’irréductibles constituèrent en 2002 une nouvelle organisation internationale pour le futsal, qu’ils nommèrent AMF – Association Mondiale de Futsal. Ils publièrent un manifeste incitant les associations de futsal nationales ou régionales à poursuivre le développement du futsal original en rejoignant cette institution. Cette résurrection permet la continuité de l’esprit et de la culture du futsal traditionnel, sans compromission avec la FIFA, qui n’est pas à l’origine de sa création et qui n’a pas cessé de vouloir le modifier et le contrôler pour protéger le football. Cette nouvelle fédération internationale a établit son siège au Paraguay, nation qui vient d’inscrire le futsal dans sa constitution. Elle regroupe aujourd’hui une quarantaine de fédérations nationales de futsal et plusieurs confédérations continentales, dont l’UEFS – Union Européenne de Football en Salle – actuellement basée à Moscou

Birth and genesis:
The game of Futsal was born in South America around 1930 in Uruguay and Brazil, without one being able to really know which of these two countries was really the first. The origin of Futsal is an adaptation of several existing sports like basketball, handball and football of reduced space. From this adaptation of several sports Futsal was born, which quickly became in the Fifties a very popular sport in all of South America. It became really a sport in it’s own right with the creation of its own rules of the game which defined the game at the same time, but also its own cultural and social identity. Today it is played in more than 100 countries; Futsal still is not officially recognized as an Olympic sport by the International Olympic Committee.
The international development of Futsal by FIFUSA :
The international rise of Futsal goes back to the year 1975, when FIFUSA, under the determining efforts by Mr. João Havelange, unified the various rules of this very popular game in South America. Following the legal attacks by FIFA, which had registered the word FOOTBALL, FIFUSA registered in turn the word FUTSAL at the end of 1978 to replace the expression used usually Futebol de Salão (literally Football of the Living room).
Futsal, the financial stake and power :

With the infighting and financial difficulties, FIFUSA could not prevent the departure of influential affiliated federations of which some amalgamated with the national football associations.
